Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.

  1. I own all rights to the work.

  2. If you want to share the art, credit me completly.

  3. Using my art for AI/NFTS is prohibited.

  4. I am allowed to post the finished art on my social media. (unless requested not to.)

  5. I am allowed to put the artwork in my portfolio.

  6. I have every right to decline a commission for any reason I see fit.

  7. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES WILL GET YOU BLACKLISTED

I'm a slow drawer, so please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Please give me at most a couple months max to complete the commission. You're to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in a bit. I give updates once the sketch is finished and the color process. Be aware that I don't do lineart most of the time. My sketches usualy look better, so I just clean them up.Provide visual reference images to make things easier for me. If you have no images I might decline your request.

Process

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch and flat color. You will be able to review and make one large change to the sketch. Any other changes after that will be additional fees determined by the change.Once the sketch is aproved, refunds may not be requested, unless issued by me. Once I am finished with the artwork, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting.

Payment

I commisson on artistree and only except payment through Stripe. 50% of the full price is the base price on commisions. This payment is non refundable. Once the sketch is aproved the remaining 50% will be paid.In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% minimum).Be nice. Any aggression, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will make me cancel the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms of my TOS.
